    Okay. Soak the foot to get it clean; make sure the water's warm and shallow (only up to the hocks). Then dry her off well and try to get some pictures. Also make sure the other birds have a place to get out of the mud, so that they don't get bumblefoot, which is caused by muddy-poopy conditions...

    Soak the foot in warm water and maybe with some Epsom salt. Then try to get some pictures, if you can, so we can asses the condition. It might be bumblefoot with something else; do you see bumps on the foot or brown plugs on the bottom?
