I am asking $15 for the pullets. How many? I have probably 5 or 6 that I'm willing to give up, maybe a couple more. For sure, I have two or three partridge, two red splash, a blue ... it's too early for my mind to work!
Wouldn't you really like some boys?

We finally have a weekend off, so we're going to the Dunnellon swap next weekend. Yay!!! We have quite a few young adult Brahmas that need new homes, as well as some black copper Marans chicks and red laced blue Wyandotte chicks. Can't wait!
I have someone in Sebring who is looking for a chicken swap, or maybe even starting one up if there isn't one near. Is anyone in that area interested? She makes really nice coops and runs -
We went. It was a fabulous swap! We took 26 Brahmas and sold every one. I'm not sure what other chickens there were, though, we didn't get much of a chance to look around. There were a lot of bunnies, goats, and pigs. I saw ducks, chickens, and a peacock. There were a couple of cows, even...
Okay, I talked to hubby. We're going to Barberville with a truck full of Brahmas! If we don't do well there, then maybe we'll go to the auction, but I love swaps! We're going to have mostly black and blue Brahmas (colors I have been working on). Some point of lay but most about 2 to 3 months...
Can anybody tell me about the swap in Barberville this weekend, or the one in Micanopy? They are both two hours from us, so I want to go to the bigger one. I have LOTS of Brahma hens, pullets, and cockerels to sell.
In my mind a vendor is someone with a product to sell, whether it be goods, services, or animals. We really weren't looking for anything, just went there to get some feed for the flock. We quite often go to swaps to sell our extra chickens.
