    Congrats on your hatch - sorry the last egg didn’t hatch from your special mama. That is so crazy about the chick that revived! Makes me wonder if the few times I have had a dead chick, if they would have come back to life if I held them!

    I’d just wait and see. You can candle the eggs within the next day or two and see which ones didn’t start. Then take one of the eggs that looks like it’s not developing and keep it off the turner, until you hit 7 days and then eliminate it if it still looks clear. If it does start developing...

    @Somshine Hopefully one of your eggs doesn’t develop and it won’t be an issue! If they are all developing though, I personally would put the special egg in the turner and take out one of the eggs you don’t care as much about and do the hand turns on that egg. Likely the hand turning won’t affect...

    I agree with @Huntmaster. I just had a sad hatch because I delayed my humidity increase (due to having other eggs in the incubator that I didn’t want to harm.) The eggs hatching all shrink wrapped and I had to assist all of them (6 eggs were alive when I started assisting) and only 3 chicks...

    I’m in this position too with shipped eggs because usps lost a batch so I had to set the others and then when the lost batch showed up I set them two days later. Then none developed except for one. So I have one egg with a hatch date 2 days after the others. I hope yours hatches, since you lost...
