The Pekin looks like a pullet to me; nice rounded feathering. One of the Silkies must be the male; does one of them have a larger comb than the others? The one on the far left looks like a pullet, but I can't tell with the other two.

If you could share some photos, we could help identify your cockerel, I'm sure. I've heard of ornamental bantams like Silkies or Cochin Bantams (we call them Pekins here) that didn't crow much; Silkies in particular are notoriously hard to sex.
