My humidity is staying at 40 and my temp is hanging out at 99. A friend of mine has eggs due today . We're going to swap one of my blues for one of his splashes. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It does have a fan. I had to take the lid off and replace it with a big bowl that fits over the whole thing. I couldn't get the humidity down, even with just a soda bottle cap. So I thought I would give more space for humidity to balance out. And turned heat up to accommodate the extra room. So...
I want to hatch some silkie eggs, but Im not sure of the humidity and temperature. I read that these could be different with silkie eggs. Any info to help me hatch new babies will be much appreciated. I've got my incubator, hyglometer, (just to make sure), and 4 eggs ready to go.
