    I felt the same way as I was photographing the poor little guy...already feeling bad for taking him out of his coop when they were getting ready for bed. But it's the only time I can catch the fast little critters! Still love my little chickies even w/ their green feet!

    pips&peeps : No, unfortunately it tells me that they are not pure ameraucanas. It means they have yellow skin. True ameraucanas have white skin and the bottoms of the feet would be white. I asked because the feet and beaks looked very yellow in your pictures. Oh my...I never even questioned...
