    It also depends if he has a single or double barring gene. If it’s is single than half the chicks will be barred and half not barred.

    The WTB over the MMM would create chicks with barring in both sexes. AFAIK Good looking rooster! I have a blue pullet that has a similar coloring as him.

    The way I understand the sex linkage in the MMM is that the hen does not receive the barring gene. Only the MMM cockerels get it.
