She will not recover from this and will always have fluid building up. If you feel the need to cull her and end her suffering then you may want to do so. How full is her abdomen now?

What color was the fluid? She will be dripping for a bit. She should be feeling much better. If you did not know there is no cure for ascites, also ascites is usually a symptom of something else going such as cancer or a reproductive disorder. The fluid will build up and you will have to drain...

From that pic her abdomen looks bloated, which means she has ascites. Does she waddle when she walks?
