Ok :) that handsome fellow you have IS Mille fleur, because that’s just the color, but he is not a d’uccle like at least miss Tinkerbell is. There are a number of other feather legged bantams out there, hard to know for sure what he is. :)

Mille fleur is the color. :) they look like Belgian d’uccles or at the very least a d’uccle mix. They come in a variety of colors, and there’s some variation within each color as well. The first bird doesn’t have the typical colouring, but I’m not certain what would have to be mixed to present a...
