I hate to think she is suffering back in there. She is also open to drawing in predators, she could become more injured or killed. I don't think there is much you can do if you can't get her out.
You definitely need to get her out of there and isolated in a hospital cage with soft bedding. She needs a good once over to assess her injuries, clean wounds, apply any needed ointments, ect.... Prop her up if needed. Antibiotics if she is really torn up.
Many times with shock they get cold...
