I just noticed that you initially said “no movement”. I think I misread it to say there was still movement. Do you see any veins? Movement decreases as the baby fills up the space. Is the space at the pointy end fluid or air? I assume this is with a broody hen? With such temp fluctuations and cold weather, counting days can be highly variable. So if the egg still looks ok, I’d hold out hope for several more days.- WVduckchick
