I;ve had that issue before with ducks. If theres tension, definitely seperate. In a nut shell, I call my experience with multiple duck broodys- " The great duck fiasco".

Could you pop some of the chicks from the bator under the broodies? If they will hatch around the right time. Or break them, or give them more eggs. :D

It definitely is! I LOVE my Seramas! Got them from and Etsy seller and eggs came in great shape! I'm not sure if she's still selling them though. Either way, Etsy might be a good place to look.

Awesome thread! I started out with a flock of 9ish chickens, was happy with a small flock, loved the eggs and enjoyed the experience. 💕 Than........ Chicken math happened! Now I have a flock of 10 ducks, 5 standard chickens and 8, soon to be more bantams lol! I plan on having a rooster pen...
