Okay, a quick google search provided that raw elephant ears are toxic to people. Many times, if it is poisonious for one mammal it will be for another. Do NOT feed it to your goats, dig them up!!!

I know that some people eat elephant ears, also known as taro. BUT! I'm not sure what goes into the preperation of elephant ears for consumption, whether they are cooked or not. Off to the power of google!
