Silkies are quite difficult to sex (as you probably already know!). Your buff Silkie looks like a cockerel, and I'm pretty sure that the splash Silkie is also a rooster. One white Silkie might be a rooster too. Post some more pictures in a few weeks, and I might be able to tell better then.
