Bless her heart I'm glad she's eating her porridge!
Her eye is foamy for sure. It could be from a respiratory illness like Mycoplasma, but without testing there's no way to know for sure. Having the vet test a sample would be a good idea, hopefully they can get you the correct meds...

Do you know the name wormer the vet gave you?
Sinus swelling can take a little while to go down - do you see any pus in the eye? Sometimes the pus needs to be expressed in order for it to start healing - if you have photos that would be great.
You would need to cool it down some so she doesn't burn her tongue
If you don't fine poultry grit, you can give her some dirt or sand that she would normally consume out in the chicken yard . For some reason I missed that you were in AU.

Is she drinking?
Try offering her wet poultry feed and some chopped hard boiled egg to see if she will take it. If she is not drinking, then try to encourage her to drink. If you have her isolated so you can monitor her - make grit (crushed granite) available for her.
