Bless her heart I'm glad she's eating her porridge! Her eye is foamy for sure. It could be from a respiratory illness like Mycoplasma, but without testing there's no way to know for sure. Having the vet test a sample would be a good idea, hopefully they can get you the correct meds...

Do you know the name wormer the vet gave you? Sinus swelling can take a little while to go down - do you see any pus in the eye? Sometimes the pus needs to be expressed in order for it to start healing - if you have photos that would be great.
