Welcome To BYC I'm sorry about your rooster. Do you have any photos of his wounds? I would not use the Peroxide any more, it can be damaging to tissue after prolonged use. If you can get some hibiclens (chlorhexidine) or betadine that would be good to use for flushing of the wounds. If not...- Wyorp Rock
