Mine like daily wet mash too, I usually just make it fresh every morning, but I do make dry feed available free choice as well.
From the comment(s) above - I would think about putting out larger water stations - if they are not "refilling" the chicken cups and draining them dry, to me it seems they are not getting enough water - especially if you are filling chick quart waterers 3-4 times a day.
She might have been dehydrated.
I think you are on the right path - electrolytes for the day, but you will want to make fresh plain water available as well, since some birds just won't drink "flavored" water.

I agree with @Tycine1 I would treat for Coccidiosis and go from there.
Do you have any Corid? You can find it in the cattle section of Tractor Supply.
Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water...
