    From the comment(s) above - I would think about putting out larger water stations - if they are not "refilling" the chicken cups and draining them dry, to me it seems they are not getting enough water - especially if you are filling chick quart waterers 3-4 times a day.

    Photos? Is her crop empty? Check that first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks. Do you provide grit? I would still start her on the Corid.

    Do you have any photos of her and the poop? I agree with @Tycine1 I would treat for Coccidiosis and go from there. Do you have any Corid? You can find it in the cattle section of Tractor Supply. Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water...
