Still don't really know what's up.
If he were mine and he's acting normal...I would put him back out. Sometimes even if something is "wrong" there's not a lot that can be done. Just keep an eye on him and see how it goes.
Do you normally see green poop like that?
What do they eat?
Since it's going to be dark for you soon, can you grab that rooster and cage him, maybe put him on puppy pads, paper towels, newspaper - something where you can get a good look at his poop?

If he's able to outrun you, then he's not too poorly.
You may have to wait until he's roosting to grab him.
Do you have a thread about your rooster? Where is it?
Can you catch him and inspect the wattles, really hard to tell much in the photo?
Have you tried washing them off?
