No, I couldn't tell if there's something embedded in the crease, if it's a small cut or just creased because of swelling or how she holds the foot.

I'd re-check that indention in the leg. Also there's a "crease" along the back of the foot, but it's hard to tell if that's just from her folding up her foot, due to swelling, etc. I'd investigate that a bit more too.
