Ah thank you much for the video!! We put up a secret feeder in one of our nectarine trees far from the other feeders.

We’ve definitely been flocked here, lots of young hummers!! We only have two feeders out now, but they keep sucking them dry! We would put out more, but there isn’t a lot of shade and they’re being highly territorial 😨

Been seeing and hearing a lot of juvenile hummingbirds lately! Sadly I believe Fred has moved on from our home and ventured elsewhere.

Yup! I thought he’d migrate at some point, especially during the winter but he never left! :lau He’s a cute little Anna that my mom named Fred. :lau Unfortunately I managed to find a deceased Costa in the yard last year :(

Plenty where I live. There’s one that has stayed with us all year round in 2020, he’s claimed our backyard as his grounds and unfortunately isn’t a big sharer with other hummies. He’s got a lot of personality and comes up to us sometimes to see what we are up to.
