    Update! I took more pictures. Fully agree on the two y'all've agreed are roos, although I managed to snag Sparrow (the darker/more colorful EE) and he chilled in my lap for a solid couple of minutes, which he hasn't done since he was a baby.

    Oh no 🙃 Edit: The giant white one you circled 100% was a rooster; I actually took it to my mother-in-law recently because it couldn't walk and he was apparently delicious. So if that somehow gets me down to 1 or 2, this might be manageable (if I go pick up more hens somewhere)
