    Newby question!!! Please help!!!

Thank you. I'm sorry I don't have plans for it. I just got an idea in my head of what I wanted and started slapping it together. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't have 2 seperate sections. I should have used all 2x2 lumber instead of 2x4 and 2x3 studs and it would have probably been light...

Well they all survived the night. Checked on them around midnight and all were sleeping. The biggest ones were huddled together away from the lamp but the rest were all under the lamp so I think I'll leave it with them a little while until they feather a little more and get a little bigger...

This is the tractor run. My first attempt. Top is two seperate panels hinged in center for access. Currently building the small "doghouse" coop tractor to butt against the run. I may tarp one of the top panels of the run for extra shade/rain protection.

Thanks for the welcome. I've been reading a lurking a while. The wealth of information here is as good if not better than any book or magazine! My family is having a blast raising the broilers and we have 12 layers coming soon.

Thank you all. I'm going to coop them outside in a smallish coop with heat lamp a little while before completely cutting them loose in the chicken tractor. I'll keep an eye on them.
