    Bring out fresh every day (twice if needed). My husband is worried about fire and there's obviously no electric or to the coop. I want to try to talk to him about a heated dog bowl and running an extension cord to it, but I don't know how much safer that is than other methods

    Two of them regularly sleep on the top roost bar, the other two beat to their own drum and sometimes sleep under the roost bars.
