That is a LOT of eggs! Hopefully they'll keep well until next week.

Not many chickens lay every day. I've had a couple that ran a good 30 days straight but that tapered off to 5 or 6 per week.

I think I can count on one hand, certainly not more than two, the number of times I've had 100% of my girls lay in a single day. This since 2012.

I'm sure that won't hurt @Moges amha but do you know how often I've ended up with fruit damaged and rotting internally in multiple places from people shoving their finger or thumb into something, deciding it wasn't ripe and putting it back. DO NOT DO THAT EVER! If you poke it, buy it.

7 today, no one has laid in the box in the feed room since I found the eggs a few days ago.

11 yesterday ... but 6 of them were in a box under the ladder in the feed room. No one has laid there since last summer/fall. Two were frozen and cracked. The other 4? Made French Toast from 2 of them this morning, will see about the others.
