In my reply box, there is a toolbar at the top left with 4 icons in it. The third one is for pics. Click on it and it should go to a screen that shows (wait 1).... A box that says embed an image. Select upload from my device (wait 1).... That will take you to a box that lets you select where...

With my Android, I can do most stuff on the forums, I can even switch from mobile to desktop for more options. The only real problem is that sometimes with desktop, those additional options are off the screen on one side, and won't "swipe" over to center screen.
