The active ingredient is Flubendazole, which is not readily available here in the States. Some of our choices here are Fenbendazole (Safeguard/Panacur), Albendazole (Valbazen), Piperazine (Wazine), Ivermectin (Ivomec).
While one can probably get it here in the US, I have *never* seen it at any...
I can only tell you how much Safeguard/Panacur I give mine, and I dose by actual weight (see my avatar). Per my vet, I give Safeguard/Panacur, liquid or paste orally at 50mg/kg ( .5ml/kg) by mouth and repeat in ten days.

FYI, when/if you decide to buy wormer, remember that Wazine kills only roundworms. Wormers like Safeguard, Panacur and Valbazen are in the cattle, goat and horse section.
X2 - Dust with poultry dust, even if you can't see bugs. If they were mine, I'd also worm them with Safeguard/Panacur, liquid or paste (fenbendaloze 10%).
