I don't know much about Pioneers so I can't help you much. I still think that the tail feathers and wattles look like a cockerel's, but a lot of people are saying that you have a pullet so now I am not sure. Whatever it is, I hope that it grows healthy and strong for you!

What breed is he/she? It is a very pretty bird. The wattles do seem to say cockerel. If I can know the breed then I can try to confirm for you. For now, the shape of the tail and the redness of the wattles are making me say cockerel. Maybe knowing the breed will change my mind!
