What do you mean? I'm not in charge of the pets, I don't have a income. My parents xyz is because I have to run everything by them, and I like having suggestions on the best ways to run things by them so I dont sound rude and demanding.

For allergies he is on vets best shed+itch healthy coat stuff and it works great, but I swear by it being caused by low quality food

He eats Chicken, the brand I suggested is beef flavored. Its better qualtity than the pedigree overall. If it doesn't work, then we can always just go back to pedigree

I know money doesn't equal better food, but the dog is doing awful on pedigree. I know my parents don't understand how dog food effects stuff, but his skin is gross, he smells like he's rotting, and he passes horrible gas.
