Well he did really well for me and only pecked one time. Other than that a little kicking but none the less i was able to put a pretty thick coat of triple antibiotic ointment on. The bedding is like 8-9" of straw so I think I'm good. Anything else at all I could to to help?

Is this frost bite? If so what now? The coop is sealed off except about six inch slot all the way around the top border for ventilation. The vent is about 8' from floor of the coop. If this is frost bite how can I prevent and or treat?[/IMG]
