I have conceded defeat and let the chickens have the flowerbed. These are 2 of the four Golden Comet girls enjoying their turn in the loose dirt. These two are Dorothy (larger comb) and Rose. (the other two are Blanche and Sophia, of course! Who doesn't like the golden girls?
