I think Bagheera will be fine. I dont believe there's anything serious going on. She mightve inhaled a feed granule and it might be working its way into or through a sinus cavity...
If you get the chance, take a look inside her mouth for anything out of the ordinary, especially the roof of her mouth.
Does her nares look clear and free from debris? Any wheezing?
For our birds it's tiny gnats that causes the quick head shaking. You cant see them unless you get close to the ground where the bird is. A box fan in the pen blows the gnats away.
A fan will work for other pesky flying insects as well.
