@Hholt I recommend that you get a fresh fecal sample from your gaping hen, put it in a ziplock bag and take it to a vet and have it looked at under a microscope for gapeworm and capillary worm eggs. The first photo are gapeworm eggs and the second photo are capillary worm eggs.
