    We don't have a basement, but my garage is VERY cold. That is why I was trying to figure out the temp, most eggs are stored around 58 degrees right? Would that be right???

    Thanks everyone, glad I asked, I knew the hatch rate was much lower, but DID NOT know about storing them. What temp do you let your eggs sit at?

    I have never hatched eggs other than what we produce, is there anything special you need to do for shipped eggs? Or do you put them into the incubator directly??? Any tips?
