What I am thinking is this chick had some bacteria in the egg because it was the last to hatch by a day and my incubator didnt stink until this one started zipping, and then it stunk the whole room up. Im not really anticipating being able to save this one but Im going to try anyway.

Warm water is having no effect at all. It softens that gunk coating the chick but its still like glue and impossible to get off with just water. And when I dry it off the chick starts sticking to what ever I am using. This stuff is like super glue. And, since it cant open its eyes easily it...

One of the chicks that hatched yesterday dried out hard like it is coated in glue. It can only move its legs and beak. Its not doing well at all. I tried cleaning it with warm water and that softened it up but only until it dried again. Should I try dish soap?
