I think so. I mean, it's got some good color to it, but still looks a little pale to me. Let me see if I can find some pics.... okay, some comb shots of hens that were laying, for comparison. She may not have as far to go as I'd thought....

This is definitely a hen. I'd agree around five months. Her comb isn't quite red enough to be laying, but she looks like she's getting close.
