I'm thinking rooster, but not positive. It just has that rangy, gawky, unpolished look of a cockerel. Pullets at this age usually look more rounded and polished. Maybe post pics again in 3-4 weeks and let us see then? Of course, if it starts crowing at any point, it's male.
