Agree you have a lot of cockerels there. Yep, your mature Leghorn hens have nice big combs, and so will your pullets when they mature. That's when it's all about how old the birds are. I didn't see an age, but I'm guessing around 3ish months? Pullets aren't going to have any comb to speak of...
