    Lettuce is 90% water,,,so 2 head lettuce, maybe some chopped cabbage...cucumber for sure. Hope they won't be stranded in a warehouse for a day or 2....then back on a truck for 2 days. In fact, I'd tell the customer to wait till AFTER New Years when there was a better chance of a shipment...
