Dry fowl pox are the most common, and not really that much to worry about. As a general rule, when the chickens are very healthy, and they get dry fowl pox, it's not usually overly severe, and it doesn't last very long. Yes, there are a few exceptions, but darn few.

They look more like peck marks to me, at this time.
