    If you eat out, and decide to cheat on your diet, or you must, because of the selection, it doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing choice. Eat what you can that falls within the guidelines, and eat small portions of the things that fall outside of the guidelines.

    Stress, in the form of being upset, or nervous is bad for triggering my esophagus problems. Once triggered, then it's hard to deal with. I agree, Pepcid is useless.
