I was simply trying to give someone a good resource regarding fecal floats. Sheesh.

BYC has an actual FB page. How can it be against the rules to post back to FB when there is a genuine BYC page on there? Because there is an actual FB page, it's ok to post on FB about BYC too. To be honest, I did not know it was against the rules. Am I busted?

I post links to amazon, not to promote it, but because they have pictures. I once in awhile, will share a FB link. When someone needs information, a good source, with good answers is important, regardless of which entity provides it.

You folks do know that BYC has a FB page, right?

There is a great floater's thread on FB. If interested, I can give you the link. They're usually pretty good at identifying things.
