I think I found the fix if you are using IE. control panel, internet options, advanced. scroll down to multimedia then look for play animation in webpage. remove the tick in the box, apply then restart the computer now I don't get the ad that was causing the problem to the Admin...

ive been having the same problem for a while using IE and its always the same adverts. It causes IE to crash all the time especially if you try to stop them. I wont buy advanced membership as I have no guarantee that it will fix the problem. Like you I use other forums and this is the only one...
