I'm not patient enough, I guess, for the nipple waterers. We put it up yesterday and back down this morning. The nipples froze. I couldn't stand to see the pullets pecking around the tray under it for water. We went and bought a regular water container but we'll try again after the freezing is done.

I need to locate where to purchase some of the better type water nipples, just going blind looking for them and getting no where.  I think they are the red ones. [/quote Amazon has them I got mine at atwoods farm and ranch.
