Thank you. I had some lovely birds back then but had to leave them all behind when I moved. I have only recently got chickens again and have two beautiful Buff Orp girls amongst my MUCH smaller flock...currently six adults (two Orps, two Cochin, two brahma) and five two week old CCL chicks!

Beautiful! Is it me though, or are the American Orps a bit more 'slimline' than the UK Orps? They look less 'poofy' than ours? Not a criticism, they are gorgeous, just an observation..... xx

Mine too! And I'm really pleased with these two....I only got them a couple of weeks ago. They are beautiful colours....that gorgeous toffee buff colour but with pretty blonde highlights. They also have lovely high flowing tails...making them look like they are wearing bustles....especially...
