I think you just have one fluffy bird then! It’ll probably look less pronounced as she continues to feather out. But yeah I think that that’s just her tail.

I have some 7 week Buff orpingtons and they have kind of a lump of feathers too, I think it’s normal. I attached a picture of one of them, does this look similar? I’m new to chickens haha.
