    Thanks for all of the comments so far. I have some fawn and white runner ducklings that really do stand up straight, so that's why I was dismissing (perhaps incorrectly) the gray from being a blue runner. But really had no idea if I could have a blue runner that didn't stand tall, or a swedish...

    I have 4 fawn and white runner ducklings and 1 blue Swedish duckling. And then the gray. That’s why I am perplexed and didn’t know if it was just a Swedish without a Bibb or a runner that doesn’t stand up. Or something else entirely.

    Seems plausible then for sure. I had them outside in a pen while I cleaned their garage brooder. And he/she stood up a bit more. Still mostly acts like my Swedish but 🤷‍♀️

    I am still trying to figure out what my random gray duckling from rural king (hoovers hatchery) might wind up being. I don't know much about duck color/marking genetics. I've been in the dog world for a while but ducks are a new hobby. Could my gray duckling be a blue swedish without a bibb...
