Congratulations! When I helped mine out the other day it looked the same that you described. Its belly dried up by the next morning and the following morning was doing so well that I took it outside with its family. Its tiny compared to the others but is keeping up wonderfully. Good luck...
Oh Adam, so sorry that you are going through this too. You may want to try getting it out. My last had "pushed out" a spot on the shell but it was barely cracked. That is where I went in. I just chipped away at the shell and used a pin (carefully) to cut the membrane. After someone on here...
Congratulations. I just read your thread. I am going through the same thing right now. Unfortunately, 2 of my 3 died while hatching. I think it was not humid enough. I'm hoping #3 is okay.
