    Thanks for that info. My other hens launched right into laying, and are pretty predictable. I get a kick out of their character. One is Blondie, one is Gray Lady, and one is Trickie.

    So my pullets that you graciously confirmed are now laying... Two greenish and one blue egg. They lay every other day, so 3 or 4 a week, each. Is this a normal frequency for EE's? They are still quieter and more skittish than my other hens, but I love them.

    Can anyone tell me if these three are pullets? I bought them from a CL gal in July. They were said to have hatched in late May.
