Chicks 1-3 are rather Faverolles-y looking. If they were pure Favs I'd say pullets. Unfortunately you will have to wait another couple of weeks on all of them. If some seem to be feathering in slow those tend to be males.

Do chicks 1-3 have feathered legs and 5 toes? In the last picture one seems to have feathers on the legs.
