My hen dosnt smell tho. She's bathed once a week and I clean her diaper often enough she dosnt smell. Plus mine has the water proof liner so I can rinse fast in between if the tissue dosnt catch it all. Dog crates work best for indoor coops. But the sooner a diaper is on the better too but yea...

Chickens are great pets. I have an indoor hen named Muffy. she goes everywere with us! shes diapered all the time. gets a bath once a week. goes to work with me. shes friendly and holds good conversations too! people think they ake dust but we don't see it. out cockatiel is about 50times messier...
